An Intro:
Whelp, I’ve started a blog. Not at all what I imagined I’d ever do. EVER. Insert surprised emoji face here. Here we are in the middle of a global pandemic and I’m not sure if it’s me just wanting some adult conversation being a mom of one busy, almost-2 year old, or trying to get out all this pent-up creative energy, but I am writing to all of you craving some creativity connectivity. So I’ve been doing a lot of reflective thinking lately. Because let’s be honest: with the state of things being what they are and me being a stay-at-home mom there is a lot of thinking and dreaming and thinking some more. Thoughts consisting of what other stay-at-home makers do, like what do they actually do? And what are their creative spaces like? What keeps them motivated? What hinders their motivation? The good the bad and the ugly of being a maker/creator/artist and how we “make it” in this world. So I guess what I’m getting at is that I hope in this blog to connect with the makers, the crafters, the bakers and chefs, the hobbyists, the writers, the dreamers, well really anyone who wants to connect and share! I’m here for it! So to do that I’m just gonna share with you guys who I am, where I’ve been and hopefully where I’m going! Join me and let’s connect!
